To upload multiple files at once in the design module, navigate to your project, access the design tab, and select your desired section for file placement. You can upload multiple files, rename them as necessary, and add tags for seamless organization.

You can monitor the upload progress and instantly view uploaded files to streamline your design workflow efficiently.

User can upload updated design files easily by clicking on the "three dots icon" there you will see a option call "Upload new Version"


Choose between the "File" or "Link" option to upload the updated file.

Click the "Upload" button after adding the new file.

The updated version, V2, indicates that changes have been made to the file.

Users can access the version history of the file by clicking on the three-dot icon and selecting the "Version History" option.

After clicking on "Version History" you'll be able to view the old versions of the file.

The user can approve the file after reviewing all changes or other necessary details.

Now, alongside approvals, we bring you the functionality to reject design files. 

Seamlessly take control by clicking the icons displayed on the design page in front of each file or opt for the three dots menu for these actions.

You can edit the design file using the 3 dots.Inside the design file, at the top right, discover dedicated buttons for approval and rejection, ensuring quick and intuitive decision-making.

Click on the three dots inside the preview screen to edit the file name.Every status change is recorded for your reference, providing a transparent trail of actions. 

Mark the design as frozen by clicking on the "Freeze Design" option located in the Action button, once all files have been approved.

Navigate to your organization settings and select module settings. Inside the Design Module tab there is a “sections in design module tab” where you'll find predefined sections.

Edit or remove these sections by clicking on the 3 dots and set these sections as default with the simple click of a checkbox. Once marked as default, these sections seamlessly integrate into the design module of all your new projects.

Create new sections effortlessly within individual projects. Select from the list of predefined sections or take control by crafting multiple sections at once.

Easily rename and delete sections inside the design module for specific projects.

Navigate to organizational settings, click on module settings, and then go to the design tab. 

Select 'design file types' to find a predefined list of design file tags. Edit or remove them effortlessly with just a single click. 

You can also add new custom tags, instantly reflected across all your new projects.Inside a specific project, experience the freedom to create and add custom design file tags on the go within the design module.

You can comment on a design file by pinning specific locations on it. Comments can be added without the pin as well. Once a pin is added , it can be relocated. All pins and comments can also be viewed collectively in the side panel.
You can use this feature to efficiently communicate design alterations with various stakeholders.

You can approve design files and maintain their versions by navigating to the design tab in your project. 

Here, to approve or reject a file, click on the actions next to each file or open the file first and then approve it after previewing. Approved files can be rejected later if necessary. 

To upload a new version, click on the three dots next to the file and select 'Upload New Version.' This uploaded file will appear as a draft. You can view the version history of the files as well as action history corresponding to each file. This allows you to track changes and updates to your files.
