Effortlessly track site progress with our progress update feature. Navigate to the 'Work Progress' module inside a project and select 'Progress Update' to update progress against BoQ items. 

Click 'Generate Report' to create the Daily Progress Report (DPR). Upload images, add worker categories, and note blockers or tomorrow's plans. The generated report will be available in the 'Progress Report' tab, where you can view all reports and export the latest or all Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) as per your need.

The update of items vary depending on the item type of the element-


After giving progress status update on elements,click on the Generate Report to upload the Daily Progress Report.

"After clicking on the Generate report, you;ve to update few things like (e.g: Manpower Category, Reported Project Progress% and projected end date)."

Your submitted DPR will show in Progress report section.


You can download the DPR by clicking on the Actions button.

Progress Updates & DPR

This feature enables you to update the Work progress in terms of Quantity.

Go to Organization Settings to set default update methods such as Percentage, Milestone, or Quantity for various item types.

You can also adjust update methods for individual items or batches within projects to ensure accurate and efficient progress tracking.

Quantity wise Update in Work Progress

Experience enhanced project tracking with our latest addition to the Work Progress Module – the Date Tracker chart.

This dynamic feature monitors changes in both the Execution due date (provided during project creation) and Projected End Date (filled when generating DPR).

The chart visually represents the frequency of modifications, providing a comprehensive overview.

The more steps in the chart, the clearer the insight into the number of times these critical dates have been adjusted, empowering you with greater control over project timelines.

Work progress chart

To mange materials, you can access Materials tab in the Work Progress module. You can view current stock, create Goods Received Notes (GRNs) for received items, and initiate stock transfers between project sites.

This feature enables precise material tracking and enhances operational efficiency in project management.
