You can add a new project from the 'My Projects' page by clicking 'Add Project' in the top right corner. Enter the project's name, select the client, and provide other basic details. Define the project scope and estimate during creation. Add client point of contact details, important dates, and assign users from your organization to specific roles. You can also attach relevant documents if needed during creation.

After creating a project, you can begin working on it and share it with the relevant stakeholders.

1. Click on the "Add Project" button to create a new project.

2. Enter all project-related information here: store details, project scope, POC details, and important dates

3. Once done, you will get an overview of the data you entered, which can be edited.

4. Additionally, you can add documents if needed and the Project is ready!

You can add custom fields and sections to enhance project information storage.

Go to org settings and access project creation. Here you can add or edit sections for basic and advanced details. In these sections you can create various field types, configure their properties, and manage them efficiently.

This will enable you to streamline project creation and will help you ensure comprehensive data management within your projects.

Custom Fields and Sections in Project Creation

You can mark a project as 'on hold' or 'lost,' by clicking on the 'Actions' button on Project details page. A project once marked as on hold can be resumed through the same Actions button. Similarly, a project marked as lost can be restored.

How to mark project as hold or lost 

You can edit project details by navigating to the project and clicking on the job ID to access the project details screen. Update fields within sections as needed, and add new fields created in module settings, which will appear in relevant sections if added.

To share the project with other organizations, go to the 'Other Organizations' tab and click 'Share.' Configure access permissions, choose specific modules to share, and select or invite users, ensuring seamless collaboration while maintaining control over access.
