Explanation of Task Manager categories

The tasks in task manager are classified into various buckets.

Important tasks are the ones that are yet to be completed. You can set reminders to these tasks, pushing them into the Reminder bucket.If you are mentioned in a task then those will appear in the Mentions category. There is a separate segregation of tasks for you and the ones created by you.

Requests initiated by you are also categorized into pending, draft and archived. Approvals bucket includes approvals pending on you which are further classified into immediate and upcoming.

All the comments inside all your projects are clubbed together under My Comments.
