You can create a new user by navigating to 'Org Settings' in the left panel and selecting the 'Users' tab. Here, you can view all existing users. Click 'Add New User' to input the necessary details, select the appropriate organization and project role. You can later edit or delete user details from the user list.

Creating a New User 

You can manage roles and their permissions by going to 'Organization Settings' and selecting the 'Roles' tab. Here, you can create new roles with specific permissions and notifications. Existing roles can be edited, marked as inactive, or duplicated.

These roles are then assigned to users in your projects, defining their access and permissions.
